Leverage the power of this customer success service to better manage your Office 365 migration and adoption

In a recent blog post, Microsoft announced that they’re expanding the reach of FastTrack, their customer success service that helps Office 365 customers with end-user adoption. FastTrack has evolved from an onboarding service to an ongoing feature offered at no cost to customers with at least 50 eligible Office 365 seats.

What is FastTrack?

FastTrack initially started as a one-time benefit for Office 365 customers looking to migrate to the Microsoft Cloud. However, it quickly became apparent to Microsoft that an ongoing benefit was critically important to the overall success of the platform. With the revamped FastTrack, Office 365 customers now have access to a variety of customized support resources revolving around onboarding and envisioning and driving business value.

Migrating to a new cloud-based platform like Office 365 can be extremely intimidating, especially for employees who may be resistant to change. To make things easier, Microsoft has added a suite of user adoption services to FastTrack that illustrate best practices and provide comprehensive guidance for a successful migration.

In addition, Microsoft has released extensive end-user training materials and end-user awareness kits that outline fundamental usage scenarios, to help customers begin readying their employees for a launch. These materials help to convey how the platform can be relevant and useful within the unique context of any business. Specifically, Microsoft has created a number of role-based scenarios that allow business stakeholders to model and apply Office 365 services to their organization.
